Real-time stock updates on every sale, transfer, return, and adjustment

Inventory only matters if it is true. We built for accuracy first, features second.

Most inventory systems are only as accurate as the last time someone did a full manual stock take - which, realistically, is once or twice a year for most businesses. In between, 'what's in stock' is a number the system reports with total confidence and no actual basis in reality, because nothing's been tracked consistently enough to keep it true.

Every stock movement - a sale, a transfer between branches, a return, a manual adjustment - is logged the moment it happens, not reconstructed later from memory or receipts. That means the system's stock count is not a projection based on the last audit; it is a running, current total built from every real movement since.

An annual stock take should be a confirmation, not a rescue mission. We built inventory tracking to be trustworthy enough that when you do a physical count, it mostly agrees with what the system already told you - which is the entire point of having a system in the first place.
